''Madhuca elmeri'' is a plant in the family Sapotaceae. It grows as a tree up to tall, with a trunk diameter of up to . The bark is greyish brown. Inflorescences bear up to five flowers. The tree is named for the American botanist and plant collector Adolph Elmer who worked extensively in the Philippines and Borneo. Its habitat is lowland mixed dipterocarp forests from sea-level to altitude. ''M. elmeri'' is endemic to Borneo where it is confined to Sabah.〔 ==References==
